Didn't receive an invite?

If you have sent an invite to a family member and they haven't gotten it we can help.

Head over to the invites section on the platform.

Check to make sure their email has been entered correctly.

It may have landed in your spam box. Have you checked there?

You can select the problem email and resend. This will usually resolve any issues.
