A coupon can be used instead of a payment method if you're part of our partner organisations.
First, make sure you have a valid coupon. If you're not sure, you can verify this with the organisation who has provided it.
- Log in to the website platform using the email associated with the family with which you want to apply the coupon.
- Click on "Account Settings"
- Add the coupon to the payment screen (highlighted in red)
You should now have your coupon applied 👏🏻
